Returns & Exchanges

We want you to truly love every Evelyn & Iris piece. If something doesn't feel right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it — no questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at general@ei-ls.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid UPS return label within one business day.
  3. Repack the item in its original packaging and drop it at any UPS location.
  4. We'll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Conditions

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of our receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Evelyn & Iris error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color. Mention the piece you'd like in your return email; we'll hold it for you and ship as soon as the original returns.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service. Duties and taxes are non-refundable, but we are happy to help you file a claim with your local customs office.

Lifetime mending

Every Evelyn & Iris garment comes with free lifetime mending — buttons, hems, small holes, lining repairs. Just write to us and we'll send a prepaid label.
